# Clark Product Families

This folder organizes CLARK's revenue-bearing products and product families.

## Confirmed Product Families

- `clarkware/`: facility-aware operational software, including Integrated Production Environments, reporting, messaging, and auditability tooling
- `training-services/`: IPC delivery, train-the-trainer offerings, Clark Courses, and the operating model for CLARK-run and later licensed training facilities
- `assembly-services/`: partner-facility-delivered small-batch PCB and PCBA assembly enhanced by CLARK standards, training, software, and network support
- `firmware-optimization/`: partner-facility-delivered firmware support and adjacent engineering assistance strengthened by CLARK tooling, documentation, and specialist coordination
- `logistics-and-facility-coordination/`: later-phase cross-border logistics, warehousing, routing, facility coordination, and network support services
- `partner-facility-development/`: node qualification, onboarding, enablement, and recurring platform-value economics for regional specialist facilities

## Product Priority

1. `training-services/`
2. `clarkware/`
3. `assembly-services/`
4. `firmware-optimization/`
5. `partner-facility-development/`
6. `logistics-and-facility-coordination/`

## Notes On Scope

- Assembly services and firmware optimization should be framed primarily as services carried out by regional specialist facilities that join the CLARK network.
- CLARK's role is to improve those services through enhanced resources at the workbench and facility level: standards, software, training, documentation, quality systems, coordination, and capital support where justified.
- Clark Certified records and related verification tooling remain important, but they currently sit inside the training-services and Clarkware roadmap rather than as a separate top-level product family.
- The detailed Clark Courses curriculum currently lives in `docs/courses/` as a dedicated curriculum workspace attached to the broader `training-services/` product family.

## Working Rule

Only create a new product-family folder when the line is important enough to carry its own operating docs, roadmap, economics, or go-to-market material.
