# Logistics And Facility Coordination

## Purpose

This document frames the later-phase CLARK service line around cross-border logistics, facility coordination, and network support.

## Core Position

Logistics and facility coordination may become highly valuable because they can improve node responsiveness, customer confidence, and cross-border execution quality.

They should not, however, be treated as the first major product build.

## Likely Scope

- cross-border shipment coordination
- warehousing and routing support
- customs and handoff support
- facility-to-facility scheduling and escalation support
- visibility into multi-node movement where governance allows it

## Delivery Model

CLARK coordinates the service layer, while the underlying operational work may involve partner facilities, logistics providers, warehouses, and regional operators.

## Near-Term Priority

This line belongs further back in the roadmap than training services, Clarkware development and testing, assembly-service enablement, and firmware-optimization enablement.
