How Clark proves itself

The public site is part of the evidence system.

Clark does not separate the argument from the record. The site, the register, the field report, and the technical stack are all surfaces of the same system that supports Learning and Working.

Clarkware / IPE

The software layer is a clerk for industrial work: it records the active job, station context, notes, artifacts, threads, and review state while keeping human, automation, and AI actions distinct.

The field report

The publication layer turns real work into a readable public unit. It is meant to be inspected, corrected, and reused, not polished into marketing.

What is tracked

Learning

Industrial opportunities, productive dialogues, training coordination, and certification paths tied to actual places and people.

Working

Production records, cooperation notes, support actions, and financing steps tied to the relevant facility or network relationship.

Review

Who accepted, edited, or rejected a recommendation, and why.

What the register does

Claims discipline

The public claims register marks claims as safe, provisional, or rejected. That makes the site harder to spin and easier to trust.

Corrections in public

If a claim changes, the record changes with it. Silent rewriting is the opposite of the protocol.

Centre and conversion evidence

Centre hypothesis

If Niagara Assembly Centre remains a hypothesis, the site should say so. If it moves toward formation, the evidence should show who is leading, who is hosting, and what is actually operating.

Acquisition and conversion

If an aging shop or related facility becomes a candidate for acquisition or conversion, the record should preserve the reason: capacity is being preserved, not merely shuffled around.

Clark Tools

The software layer that makes the evidence trustworthy.

Clark builds open source industrial tools under the Clarkware name. The Clark IPE — the Integrated Production Environment, built on Eclipse Theia — is already in production development. Other tools support training delivery, network coordination, and facility reporting.
