The recurring institutional form Clark is trying to help initiate is an Education and Assembly Centre, where training, certification, and production are connected instead of separated into weakly coordinated silos.

Clark does not need to own every centre. The point is to help local leaders create one with a structure that can keep learning and working reinforcing each other over time.
